Membership is open to any UK housebuilder, but aimed principally at the 25 largest UK developers, both listed and privately owned.

NextGeneration membership entitles companies to:

NextGeneration’s 2009 benchmark assessed the top 25 UK homebuilders based on their sustainability strategy, governance and risk management and their impact on the environment and on society.
The 2010 benchmark has the theme Sustainable Communities and will seek to assess companies based upon their strategy, commitment to and delivery of sustainable communities, considering environmental, social and economic issues.
Any company with residential development activities can join NextGeneration as a member. Membership provides access to a range of services including our industry-leading benchmarks.
